THE REGISTRATION NUMBER AND ANY IDENTIFYING NAME ON THE LORRY.
IT MUST BE SEEN TO HAVE CROSSED THE BRIDGE!
HOW MANY AXLES DOES IT HAVE – IT MUST HAVE THREE OR MORE TO BE OVER 18T. If you can see three wheels at the side – its over the limit. If one of the axles is raised off the ground state this on the report.
If its a recycling/ or council lorry it is exempt, as are Farm /Emergency Vehicles. Lorries using Kingston Mills are exempt if they have to use the bridge.
The direction in which the vehicle is travelling is good information to or from Bath/Trow or Melksham/Trow the road they were sighted on will be the A363 (this is the town bridge)
